As part of the terms and conditions of your award all groups must complete our Social Impact Report, this is sent to you along with your outcome e-mail. The Social Impact Report is the monitoring and evaluation of your project which must be completed and returned to us no later than a year from the panel date, or when your project is complete, whichever is sooner.
As well as completing the Social Impact Report we also request copies of receipts as evidence of spend, Jpeg pictures and quotes from your beneficiaries. This feedback is fundamental evidence for us to provide to our supporters and fund holders for a numerous of reasons but especially to encourage their continued support in Cornish communities. We strongly advise you to monitor your project throughout its life span and not just at the end of your project.
You need to be aware of the following:
- We generally do not support projects for longer than a year, therefore all awards must be spent and evidenced no later than a year from the panel
As part of the impact measurement we may request updates of your project's progress including requesting JPeg pictures and quotes during your project and not just at the end
We organise 'Seeing is Believing' events throughout the year where our volunteers and supporters get the opportunity to see your project in action and can also be part of a monitoring visit. We will ensure visits are arranged at a convenient time for everyone involved.
Copies of receipts and/or invoices must be kept and sent to us along with the completed Social Impact Report as evidence of spend
